About me
As a lawyer, tax consultant and specialist tax lawyer with more than 15 years of professional experience, I focus on advising medium-sized companies comprehensively on all matters of commercial law and corporate tax law. For my clients, I am the central point of contact for all relevant legal and tax issues. We have a clear ambition to develop excellent professional and economically sensible solutions for our clients and to enable them to concentrate fully on their business, true to our motto “Enjoy Business”. In addition to our economic approach, our particular strength is our broad and excellent professional positioning within Treuhand Weser-Ems (with the business areas of auditing, tax consulting, legal consulting, management consulting, IT consulting), which is probably unparalleled in the Weser-Ems region.
Before becoming a partner at Treuhand Weser-Ems in 2021, I worked in several well-known international commercial law firms, first in Frankfurt/Main (from 2007) and later (from 2016) in Hamburg, where I focused on providing comprehensive advice to well-known listed clients, medium-sized companies and investors (including private equity) in connection with transactions of all kinds (in particular M&A and real estate), restructurings and corporate tax and corporate law issues.
As a native of East Frisia, I am delighted to now be able to use the experience and expertise I have gained there for companies from my home region.
